How to write user-friendly SOPs

_In this 1-day workshop, you'll be shown how to capture your clinical research processes accurately. You'll also learn how to write SOPs that are easy to read and follow. By learning simple techniques to assess and improve GCP compliance, you'll make your SOPs more effective.
Open courses are held in London within easy reach of Kings Cross Station. The course fee is £395* (excluding VAT@20%), which includes course workbook, and lunch. In-house or bespoke courses can also be arranged to suit you. Call us or email for details of the next open course.
Payment terms for workshops
Click on the add to cart button below, to make your payment automatically via PayPal. Or, we can invoice you by e-mail using PayPal - a secure way of processing online payments. You don't need to have a PayPal account to pay using a credit card. Payment by either method is immediate and guarantees your place.
Alternatively, if you prefer, your company can be invoiced on receipt of a purchase order. This will reserve your place until payment is received, which must be at least 30 days prior to the workshop.

McKenzie Mills Partnership Ltd reserves the right to cancel or change course dates or venues in the event of unforeseen circumstances, without notice.
If you decide to cancel, refunds will be processed (less £55 administration fee) provided cancellations are received and confirmed in writing up to 30 days before the scheduled workshop. Alternatively, with prior notice, participants may arrange for colleagues to take their place at any time without charge.
